Can I see the products I want before buying?
Sometimes you just have to see the product before you can make a decision, we get it! Contact us about any of the products that interest you and we can arrange a meeting in Quito. If you live elsewhere, we can set up a live video display of our products, for free!
What is AdriHome’s return policy?
Are you not totally satisfied with your purchase or have you found another product that you like better? No problem! AdriHome offers free refunds and exchanges on all of our products within 10 days of purchase. Just let us know that you are planning to return your purchase and mail the product back to us. We will refund the purchase price of the product within 48 hours after the item is processed. It's that easy!
Can I Cancel/Change my order?
Absolutely, all orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. However, depending on how quickly you cancel your order, the processing times may differ. Making changes before 4 pm will ensure much faster processing times for your payments. If you want to make a change after 24 hours and the item hasn't been released for delivery, call or email us and we may be able to change it before the item is delivered. However you still always have 10 days for returns/exchanges once you do receive the item.
I received my item and it is broken?
Oh no! We're sorry! Given the fragile nature of our products, this can happen, but don't worry you're covered! Send us images of the broken product to support@adrihome.com and mail us back the broken product. We will send you the new product free of charge or refund you the cost of the product.
The Product Size/Color is different than I expected?
All of our products are handmade, and crafted with great care. They are all unique pieces of art and therefore all come out in different shapes. sizes. and colors. If you aren't happy with the product you receive, we will always accept returns or exchanges within the first 10 days of purchase.
